Smart Cloud International has reached a 30 million Hong Kong dollar hashrate cooperation with Summit Mining, accelerating the dynamic accumulation and layout of Bitcoin mining.
BlockBeats News, October 24th, Zhiyun International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 8521) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cloudpotent, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Pansemi, the global partner of WhatsMiner, in Singapore. The two parties will collaborate on computing power supply and operation around cloud-based computing power and internet traffic services. Under the agreement, the subsidiary of Zhiyun International will, through a priority purchasing method, obtain approximately HK$30 million worth of computing power resources from Pansemi and will deliver them in batches over 24 months. Pansemi will consider the subsidiary of Zhiyun International as its strategic core customer, providing priority supply of computing power and offering favorable commercial terms equal to those of other key partners.
Abraham Gomez, an investor in Zhiyun International, stated that this cooperation marks a crucial step for Zhiyun International in advancing its "Bitcoin Accumulation Company" (BAC) strategy. It will help Zhiyun International acquire mining computing power at a discounted price, enhance Bitcoin mining efficiency, and strengthen its global competitiveness.
