财新: Thai Court Reopens Xu Zhijiang's Extradition Proceedings, Who Was Involved in an Illegal Blockchain Financing Project
BlockBeats News, October 24th. According to Caixin, there has been progress in the extradition case of She Zhi Jiang from Thailand, which was postponed two months ago. The Thai Constitutional Court ruled that the extradition does not violate the Thai constitution. She Zhi Jiang may resume the extradition process after being detained in Thailand for more than three years.
Caixin reported that She Zhi Jiang had built the Asia Pacific New City in the ditch valley area on the Thailand-Myanmar border, claiming that the project was the first landing project of blockchain technology for global financing. However, it was actually involved in online gambling and telecom fraud operations.
